"I think I was the first one to mention this to Jhun, that she's my person, just like Cristina Yang"

And you aww’d extra loud because you know exactly what that’s like.

And you aww'd extra loud because you know exactly what that's like.

"Receiving a text message like this has always been a part of my daily routine."

1. Because you and your best friend are always on the same team.

"I remember Jhun saying to me that if ever we get to medical school, we should always belong together in the same group during school activities. Clingy much?"

2. Even if it means you have to do things you don’t want to do. Like working out.

Even if it means you have to do things you don't want to do. Like working out.
"That moment when she made me do things I didn't wanna do but I can't say no. Like riding the carousel, making music videos, making me write about things I don't wanna talk about...take your pick."

3. Even if you’re incredibly busy, you’ll make time to check in with each other.

"Even though I'm in the middle of classes, I'd always take a break and rant to her about a lot of stuff."

4. Even if it means you have to sit with them while they work.

Even if it means you have to sit with them while they work.
"Even if I'm in the middle of a busy day, she's willing to sit on the sidelines talking her head off while I do my work."

5. They’ll get drunk and dance with you when no one else will.

They'll get drunk and dance with you when no one else will.
"Still haven't done this. But the closest we ever got to being drunk was by reading books and watching movies and listening to songs that leave us feeling hung over for days (and in some instances, longer than that)."

6. And lay on the ground with you when you just can’t handle your day.

"After a long day, this is what we do. Just lying on the floor in my room staring at the ceiling, but our minds are wandering to all the places we dream of getting to."

7. They’ll listen to you complain about your love life.

They'll listen to you complain about your love life.
"I'm not really complaining. I'm just sharing to her all those cheesy stuff that I can't hold back and sometimes the things I wish I did and the thing I wanted to do whenever I'm with my McDreamy."

8. And will have your back.

And will have your back.
"I know I'm supposed to be Yang in this duo. But if this happens, I'd probably turn into Meredith.

9. They’ll listen to you at your craziest moments.

They'll listen to you at your craziest moments.
"I think I've already told Jhun anything and everything in a no-holds-barred kind of way conversation."
"And I have all the ammos I need for a blackmail"
"But I know you wouldn't do it. Right?" *with a puppy dog eyes look
"Right. But sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures...haha!"
"Dang!"

10. And tell you what you need to hear. Even if what you need to hear is to shut up.

"This I always say."

11. You act like a married couple.

You act like a married couple.
"Yes we do act like a married couple, but all the people see are just two crazy little(?) girls going all skippity-hoppity and prancing around the town..."

12. You’re always together, even when people don’t think it’s appropriate.

You're always together, even when people don't think it's appropriate.
"Now I get to be the eldest kid. You guys need to buy a king size bed. haha!:D"
"To my McDreamy, I think you need to be prepared for this kind of situation.I love you.:*"

13. You talk about growing old together.

You talk about growing old together.
"We rarely talk about getting old together, but we usually talk more about death and dying, when and how, things like that."

14. You understand each other’s logic even if it makes zero sense.

You understand each other's logic even if it makes zero sense.
"To us, it seems like we're talking coherent thoughts and sentences but in truth, all the people around us could here are blabberings that only we could understand."

15. Because you have your own language.

Because you have your own language.
"Based from our daily conversations, we usually talk on our language like the "ruby sparks moment"..."

16. Sometimes you don’t even need to say anything.

Sometimes you don't even need to say anything.
"There are moments that mere presence is all you need."

17. You can just make a face and they can read it word for word.

"With just one look, the other will always know what the other is thinking and will end up with a guilty giggle from the other."

18. You know you can always share secrets because they’ll always keep them.

You know you can always share secrets because they'll always keep them.

"If I ever commit a crime, I have one sure accomplice that would get convicted with me."

19. On the worst days they’ll hold you.

"We still haven't had our worst day and we're not wishing for one either."

20. You know that family doesn’t have to be blood related.
You know that family doesn't have to be blood related.
"Because it could be many other things...like being sisters by the moon, the stars or the universe."

21. And you never have to worry about losing them.

What It Is Like To Have Met "Your Person," As Told By "Grey's Anatomy"
"Because we're chained to each other...for life" *evil laugh*

22. Because they’ll always be “your person”.

"And you'll be theirs till the end of time."
